Pool Rules, Policies, and Provisions
Pool Rules:
1. ALL posted regulations and any orders of the Pool Staff must be obeyed at ALL times.
2. For safety, there is No Running, Pushing, Scuffing, or other form of “horseplay” allowed along with No Obscene or Foul Language.
3. Wearing of proper attire is required, to include: swim suits and shorts (no cut-offs) that are of presentable taste and not “droopy”. On-duty staff will have final say.
4. NO Glass Containers or Alcoholic Beverages allowed in the pool/patio area. Smoking allowed in designated areas outside of the pool area..
5. NO food or drink in the pool.
6. Adults and children with any infectious disease, open sores, etc. are not allowed in the pool unless they have a signed medical release.
7. Sunbathing with bikini straps unhooked MUST be facing away from the pool.
8. Swim test will be administered to all children prior to their first slide attempt as well as to those swimming in four (4) feet or above without an adult.
9. NO children under the age of ten (10) yrs will be allowed entry to pool area unless accompanied by an adult or guardian at least sixteen (16) yrs of age.
10. Children under the age of six (6) allowed in pool under adult supervision. Children who do not know how to swim must have adult supervision at all times. Children who are not properly supervised will be asked to leave.
11. No standard diapers allowed in pool. Diaper-age children must wear diapers made for water sports (i.e. Swimmers). Available for purchase @ concession stand.
12. No pets allowed.
13. Pool play equipment limited to floats, swim rings, noodles, soft inflatable balls, masks, and flippers. No styrofoam items or inner tubes are allowed. On-duty staff will have final say.
14. NO sitting or diving allowed from slide or lifeguard chairs/platforms. Diving is allowed only from the side at the end of the deep portion (9 foot) of the pool.
15. Pool members observing any unsafe practices or rule violations should bring them to the attention of the on-duty staff.
The Rules as presented can be modified as the need arises to ensure the safety of our members and facilities. Any/all changes will be posted @ pool facilities if/when revised.
Any person violating the rules, may at ANY time be asked to leave the pool area by pool personnel for the remainder of day.
Repeated violations can result in the Board of Directors revoking the membership of the sponsoring family, without return of membership money. (This will be on a case by case basis & severity of violation.)

2022 Provisions

3. No refunds of membership dues will be provided, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Each member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other members, officers, and directors of the Royal Ridge Recreational Club for any accident or injury suffered by the member, any family member, and any guest while present at, or using the facilities of the RRRC, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, and grounds.
5. I will inform each family member and guest of these RRRC provisions.
